PART 01

Find the person and correct facility

Docket, troubleshooting and jail/prison/youth boundaries.

Use the Sheriff docket for current jail custody

The Sheriff’s official docket allows a name search for active inmates only and booking-date searches for the past 48 hours, 14 days or 31 days. Save the exact displayed name, booking date, booking/inmate number if shown, charges and custody status before paying, visiting or mailing. A court case page is not proof that the person is still in this jail.

The Sheriff warns that records can change rapidly and are gathered from several sources. If an entry looks wrong, the official correction contact is the Classification Section, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 770-477-4441.

Sources: Clayton County Sheriff's Office and jail docket notice · Clayton County official inmate search

What to do when the name is missing

  1. Retry the active-inmate name search with the full legal name and likely booking spelling.
  2. Run the 48-hour booking view for a recent arrest; widen to 14 or 31 days only if the arrest was earlier.
  3. Call Classification at 770-477-4441 during its posted weekday hours for a record correction or identification problem.
  4. For current custody, housing or transfer status, call the jail at 770-477-4413.

A zero-result name search can mean the person is not active in the jail, the booking is not yet visible, the spelling differs, or the person was released or transferred. The public page does not define its posting delay or how long released records remain available, so do not infer the answer from silence.

Start with the adult jail identity

Clayton County Jail is the Sheriff-operated adult detention facility at 9157 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Georgia’s official facility listing gives the jail line as 770-477-4413; Clayton County lists the Sheriff’s Office at the same address and 770-471-1122. The county Sheriff page separately lists 770-477-4479. Use the jail line first for a current custody or housing question and note which line answered.

This is not Clayton County Prison/Correctional Institution at 11420 S.L.R. Boulevard in Lovejoy. The county’s own prison FAQ says the Sheriff runs the jail for adult pretrial detention, while the Corrections Department runs the prison for convicted state inmates. Do not carry prison visiting, ICSolutions telephone, mail, money or PREA rules into a jail transaction.

PART 02

Visits, video and calls

Unpublished rules, provider verification and failed-session help.

Confirm the jail schedule before traveling

Clayton County does not publish a current Sheriff-jail visiting schedule, check-in cutoff, visit length, frequency, approval process or housing exceptions on the reviewed official pages. Call the jail at 770-477-4413 before leaving home. Give the exact name and booking/inmate number and ask whether the person may visit that day, whether the visit is onsite or remote, the check-in deadline, and which entrance to use.

Do not use the Saturday/Sunday/holiday schedule shown on the county website for Clayton County Prison. That page applies to the separate Lovejoy prison and state inmates, not the Sheriff’s Jonesboro jail.

Sources: Clayton County Jail official state facility listing · Clayton County Sheriff's Office and jail docket notice · Clayton County Prison frequently asked questions · Clayton County Prison visitation page

Ask the eight questions the public rules do not answer

The reviewed Sheriff pages do not list accepted photo IDs or alternatives, rules for minors, required relationship or guardian proof, infant supplies, clothing, permitted belongings, criminal-history restrictions, disability/language accommodations, long-distance visits or special professional/clergy visits.

Before travel, ask the jail: (1) which IDs are accepted; (2) what a visitor without standard ID may use; (3) whether a minor must be listed or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian; (4) whether a birth certificate or custody order is required; (5) what clothing and belongings are rejected; (6) which infant items may enter; (7) how to request an ADA or language accommodation; and (8) whether the person’s classification, quarantine, court trip or discipline changes the appointment. Record the employee/unit and date of the answer.

Do not create or fund a video account until the provider is confirmed

No reviewed Clayton County or Sheriff source names the jail’s current video-visitation provider or confirms that remote video is available. Several commercial directory pages name different products; those claims are not authoritative. Call 770-477-4413 and ask for the exact provider, account URL/app, whether a visitor must be approved, the advance-booking rule, price shown at checkout, cancellation deadline, and onsite terminal availability.

If jail staff directs you to CorrectPay, use the provider’s own login and confirm that Clayton County Jail, Jonesboro, Georgia and the correct person appear before adding money. CorrectPay says a service appears only when the facility offers it; if video or a deposit option is absent, contact the facility instead of selecting a similarly named institution.

Sources: Clayton County Sheriff's Office and jail docket notice · Clayton County Jail official state facility listing · CorrectPay visitor login · CorrectPay official commissary deposit steps

Preserve proof when a remote session fails

If the confirmed provider is CorrectPay, its current help says to use Forgot Password below the video login when credentials fail. The confirmation email contains the PIN for a scheduled remote visit. For account or kiosk help, CorrectPay lists 855-836-3364. These are provider-wide instructions, not proof that Clayton currently uses CorrectPay.

For any failed Clayton session, save the reservation/session number, confirmation email, person’s name and ID, scheduled time and time zone, receipt, device/app version, screenshot and exact error. Report the problem to the confirmed provider and jail the same day. Neither the Sheriff nor a verified facility page publishes a Clayton cancellation, missed-visit or refund rule; do not promise a credit or rebooking.

Sources: CorrectPay official help and support · CorrectPay visitor login

The jail telephone provider is not confirmed publicly

The reviewed official jail pages do not identify the current telephone carrier, account types, funding route, rates, call-length limits, blocked-number process, international availability, refund rules or whether calls may be transferred. Call 770-477-4413 and ask for the exact provider and product name before creating an account. Confirm that the facility name is Clayton County Jail in Jonesboro and use the booking/inmate number from the Sheriff docket.

Do not use the county website’s ICSolutions instructions automatically. That page sits under Clayton County Prison and expressly describes the separate Lovejoy prison. A provider account for the prison may not fund calls from the jail.

PART 03

Mail, books and money

Separate routes without importing prison rules.

Confirm the mailing route before sending personal mail

The state’s official listing establishes 9157 Tara Boulevard as the jail’s physical address, but the reviewed Sheriff and county pages do not publish a current personal-mail address, envelope format, required identifier, postcard/scanning rule, photo limit, prohibited-content list, rejection notice or original-retention policy. Do not assume the physical address is the correct mail-processing address.

Call 770-477-4413 and read back the full mailing address and format. Ask whether mail is scanned, whether the booking/inmate number and housing unit are required, which return address is accepted, the photo size/quantity, and what happens to originals and rejected mail. Do not send cash, checks, money orders, stamps, identification cards or irreplaceable originals until the jail confirms them in writing or by phone.

Sources: Clayton County Jail official state facility listing · Clayton County Sheriff's Office and jail docket notice

Keep legal mail, publications and packages separate

No current official Clayton jail page publishes the attorney/legal-mail address, required privilege marking, counsel identification process, hand-delivery procedure or rejection appeal. Counsel should call 770-477-4413 and ask specifically for legal-mail—not personal-mail—routing before sending privileged material.

The reviewed official sources also do not name approved booksellers, binding/condition rules, subscription limits, photo-book rules or a family package vendor. Confirm the vendor, receiving address, title/quantity limits and return/refund treatment before purchase. Do not import the County Prison’s PO Box or money-order rules, and do not rely on a retailer or directory merely because checkout accepts the address.

Sources: Clayton County Jail official state facility listing · Clayton County Prison money page · Clayton County Prison frequently asked questions

Verify the trust product before paying

No reviewed county or Sheriff page identifies the jail’s current trust/commissary provider, kiosk location, accepted payment types, fees, deposit limits, posting time, deductions, package program, indigent supplies or release-balance method. Call 770-477-4413; verify the exact name, booking/inmate number and provider before submitting money.

If jail staff directs you to CorrectPay, the provider says to create/login, add the individual by name or ID, choose Select Service, and use Start Deposit (Credit) only when that option appears for the correct facility/person. If “Commissary Deposit” is absent, CorrectPay says to contact the facility because it may use another route. Keep the receipt and do not pay twice while a transaction is unresolved. CorrectPay’s generic support/deposit number is 855-836-3364; facility-specific fees and limits were not found.

PART 04

Health, grievances and safety

Family escalation, documentation and PREA.

Route an urgent health concern to the jail, not an old provider name

Clayton County’s ARPA page identifies CorrectHealth Clayton, LLC for an earlier jail-healthcare allocation, but the page does not give an effective/end date or establish the provider on September 28, 2026. No current Sheriff page publishes a family medical-message line, medication drop-off procedure, glasses/denture process, record-release form or clinical grievance route. Do not address private health information to an unverified vendor.

For a current concern, call the jail at 770-477-4413, ask for the medical unit or a shift supervisor, and provide the person’s exact name and booking/inmate number, the urgent fact, medication name/dose/pharmacy or clinician contact, and your callback number. Ask the employee to read back what was recorded and request an incident/reference number. Privacy rules may prevent the jail from giving clinical details, but you can still provide information. Use 911 for an immediate community emergency; the public pages do not publish a jail-specific emergency clinical extension.

Sources: Clayton County Jail official state facility listing · Clayton County Sheriff's Office ARPA inmate-healthcare page

Build a paper trail for a custody or service complaint

The reviewed official sources do not publish the jail’s grievance form, filing deadline, appeal ladder, emergency-grievance route, ADA coordinator or outside oversight contact. The incarcerated person should ask staff how to submit and retain an internal request/grievance and appeal; family should call 770-477-4413 for the responsible jail unit. Save dates, names, request numbers and copies.

For inaccurate public docket data, use Classification at 770-477-4441 during its posted weekday hours. A Clayton County open-records request can seek an existing policy or nonconfidential record, but it is not an emergency or grievance appeal. Do not wait for a records response when someone faces immediate danger.

Sources: Clayton County Sheriff's Office and jail docket notice · Clayton County Jail official state facility listing · Clayton County public records and forms page

PREA reporting route is not posted—escalate and document

No reviewed Sheriff page identifies a jail PREA coordinator, dedicated hotline, outside reporting agency, anonymous/third-party form or investigation-status contact. To make a third-party report, call the jail at 770-477-4413 or the Sheriff’s Office at 770-471-1122, say clearly that the call concerns sexual abuse or sexual harassment in the jail, ask for the PREA coordinator or on-duty supervisor, and request a report/reference number. If there is immediate danger, say so at the start of the call.

For confidential crisis support, Clayton County’s directory lists the Southern Crescent Sexual Assault and Child Advocacy Center; its own site gives a 24-hour crisis line, 770-477-2177, and says victim services are free. The reviewed sources do not establish that center as Clayton County Jail’s official outside PREA-reporting entity, so use it for support while separately making the jail report. Preserve the date/time, names, what was reported and promised follow-up.

PART 05

Court, bond, property and release

First appearance, counsel, records and reentry.

First appearance and the court that takes the case next

Start with the live Jail Docket and charge, not only the building name. Clayton Magistrate Court is the criminal intake court, but felony cases later move through Superior Court and misdemeanors through State Court.

  1. Use the official Sheriff Jail Docket to save the full name, booking date, every charge, bond status and the court shown for each charge. The roster changes quickly and is not a finding of guilt.
  2. Georgia's Uniform Magistrate Court Rule 25 says first appearance must occur immediately and no later than 48 hours after a warrantless arrest or 72 hours after arrest on a warrant, unless the person makes bond first. This is a legal outside limit, not a promise of Clayton's daily session time.
  3. At first appearance, the judicial officer explains the charges, silence and counsel rights, appointed-counsel process and commitment-hearing rights. The judge also announces a bail decision when the offense is within that judge's authority. It is not the trial.
  4. Clayton Magistrate Court is at the Harold R. Banke Justice Center, 9151 Tara Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Jonesboro. The public page links a First Appearance Live Stream but does not publish a stable daily session schedule. Call Magistrate Court at 770-477-3444 or the Clerk at 770-477-3443 before relying on a time.
  5. For the later case, use the case record. Superior Court handles felony cases; the Superior Criminal Clerk is listed at 770-477-3405. State Court handles misdemeanors and traffic matters; its Clerk Administration line is 678-479-5521. Jail housing does not identify the final courtroom.

Still unresolved: Clayton does not publish a stable first-appearance time or public viewing-room procedure on the official court page. The live docket or counsel must confirm the actual judge, courtroom, hearing date and attendance method.

Ask for counsel early; use the correct application branch

The first-appearance judge must address the right to counsel. Clayton publishes one process for felony/felony-probation applications and a different State Court rule for misdemeanor appointment at arraignment.

  1. At first appearance, the person should clearly request appointed counsel if they cannot afford an attorney. A family member cannot make the legal request in the defendant's place.
  2. For a felony or felony-probation case, the current Public Defender page provides English and Spanish applications. It lists 6525 Professional Place, Riverdale, GA 30274, 678-479-5036 and info.defender@claytoncountyga.gov. Save the submitted form and confirmation.
  3. The page says approved applications go to Indigent Defense for rotational assignment and asks defendants to allow 1-2 business days, then call 678-479-5340 for status and the assigned lawyer's name and number. Approval is an eligibility decision, not automatic merely because the person is jailed.
  4. For a State Court misdemeanor, the Clerk FAQ says court-appointed-counsel eligibility is determined at arraignment and assignment does not occur before that first State Court appearance. Do not use a felony application as proof that a misdemeanor lawyer has been assigned.
  5. An older county Indigent Defense page lists 146 N. McDonough Street and 678-479-5339. Because that conflicts with the current Public Defender page, call 678-479-5036 before in-person delivery. The older page says an incarcerated defendant should expect lawyer contact at the jail or the next court appearance.
  6. When calling, have the full legal name, date of birth, booking identifier, charge, case number and next court date. Do not send case strategy or privileged facts through a general public email account.

Still unresolved: Two official county pages conflict on the Public Defender application address and assignment-status number. No public source explains how a jailed client requests a confidential attorney interview or how quickly an assigned lawyer must make contact.

Sources: Uniform Magistrate Court Rules — Rule 25 · State Court Clerk FAQs · Public Defender's Office · Indigent Defense Administration

Bond: confirm the order before money changes hands

The court sets the amount and conditions; the Sheriff receives an authorized bond. Georgia recognizes several forms, but Clayton's official pages do not publish the current local payment instruments, fees, bond-desk hours or property documents.

  1. Read every charge in the official Jail Docket and confirm whether bond is set, denied, cash-only or still awaiting a judge. Magistrate Court sets bonds on most criminal charges; Rule 25 requires the judge to say when only a Superior Court judge may decide.
  2. Georgia judiciary guidance distinguishes release on recognizance from secured bail. Secured bail may be backed by cash, a personal surety, a commercial surety or qualifying Georgia real property. That statewide list does not prove the Clayton bond desk accepts a particular payment instrument or document today.
  3. Before obtaining cash, a cashier's check, deed papers or signing a private bond contract, call the County Jail at 770-477-4413. Ask staff to confirm the person, each charge, exact bond amount, authorized method, payee, required payer identification, receiving window, fees and every separate hold.
  4. If a commercial bondsman is used, confirm the company is authorized and read the private contract. The Sheriff and court do not set the family's private promises beyond the court bond, and no Clayton official fee schedule was located for this review.
  5. Keep the receipt, bond paperwork and the next court date. A payment receipt does not itself prove that all charges and holds cleared or that the person has physically left custody. Recheck the live custody record and call the jail before sending a driver.
  6. Do not confuse State Court traffic-citation payment with a jail bond. The State Court FAQ explains that pre-arraignment ticket payment may operate as a guilty plea and cash-bond forfeiture; it is a separate court transaction.

Still unresolved: No primary Clayton source located publishes current bond-desk hours, accepted tender, payee, payer ID, local fees, property-equity documents, transfer-bond procedure or refund workflow. The privately owned claytonsheriff.com page contains specific payment claims, but it explicitly says it is not a government site and is not used as authority here.

Keep custody records and court records in separate lanes

The Sheriff docket answers who is in the County Jail and under what commitment; the court systems answer what has been filed and scheduled. The two may update at different times.

  1. Use the official Sheriff Docket for active custody and recent bookings. Name search shows active inmates; recent booking filters cover the past 48 hours, 14 days or 31 days. Save the booking date and charge list because a common name can produce the wrong record.
  2. If the jail record appears wrong, call Classification at 770-477-4441 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The Sheriff warns that the electronic docket relies on several sources and can change rapidly.
  3. Use Clayton's Court Case Inquiry and Court Calendars for the case. The Superior/Magistrate Clerk says online docket entries may appear within 72 hours; that delay means a new filing may exist before it is visible online.
  4. For felony filings, call the Superior Criminal Clerk at 770-477-3405. For State Court misdemeanor/traffic records, call Clerk Administration at 678-479-5521. For first-appearance and Magistrate record questions, use 770-477-3443.
  5. Record the source of every change: judge's order, bond receipt, disposition, transfer notice or custody discharge entry. A clerk can explain the record location and copy process but cannot give legal advice.

Still unresolved: The official pages do not give a single cross-system case-status phone line or a guaranteed update interval for the jail roster. The Court Case Inquiry landing page exposes search tools but does not explain every record field or correction process.

Property, release pickup and a possible transfer

Clayton publishes the Jail address and service line but no current family-facing property-release or discharge procedure. A legal release order and physical discharge are separate steps.

  1. Call the County Jail at 770-477-4413 before traveling. Ask whether the person can authorize property release, what items are releasable, how authorization is completed, what photo ID the recipient needs, the exact address/entrance and the pickup window. No official public answer to those questions was located.
  2. For a planned discharge, ask only whether the person is still in custody and whether a release authority has cleared. Do not ask staff to predict an exact exit time. The public sources do not publish a release door, waiting area, release hours or processing estimate.
  3. Have the full legal name, date of birth, booking date and booking identifier ready. Keep the jail address, 9157 Tara Boulevard, separate from the public-court address, 9151 Tara Boulevard; confirm which entrance handles the requested transaction.
  4. If the person disappears from the county roster, do not assume release. Check the court record and, for a sentenced state case, the GDC offender locator. A record can change because of discharge, transfer or a data update.
  5. GDC says it does not publish state-offender transfer dates for security reasons. A County Jail employee cannot promise a GDC destination or pickup date. For an identified state transfer, use the GDC record and GDC inmate-concerns route rather than County Prison family rules.

Still unresolved: No official property-release authorization, item list, recipient-ID rule, location or schedule was located. No official release entrance, waiting area, pickup schedule, discharge estimate, transportation assistance or hold-clearance sequence was located.

Build the release plan around verified local doors

No public County Jail discharge-planning service was found. Families can still prepare contacts for supervision, housing assessment, benefits and identity documents without treating any referral as guaranteed aid.

  1. If the release order includes state probation or parole, confirm instructions with the Department of Community Supervision. The Morrow Field Office serves Clayton County at 1335 Citizens Parkway, Suite A, Morrow, GA 30260; 770-960-2092; Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Eastern. The written release order controls over a directory listing.
  2. DCS says Clayton has a Community Coordinator who can connect high-need cases to housing, employment and mentoring resources. General reentry help is 678-783-4337, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern. A referral does not guarantee eligibility or placement.
  3. For homelessness assessment, use the Clayton County Coordinated Entry interest form. It connects adults, youth and families to a service network; it does not promise a same-day bed. Submit before release when possible and keep another safe pickup plan.
  4. For SNAP, Medicaid, TANF or childcare, Clayton DFCS directs people to Georgia Gateway or 877-423-4746; the same line provides Spanish help. The county page lists 877 Battle Creek Road and weekday hours but also retains a building-closure notice, so confirm in-person access before travel.
  5. For a lost Georgia license or ID, DDS lists online, app and in-person replacement routes. The page currently lists $10 when at least 150 days remain and up to 30 days for delivery, with eligibility/document requirements. A DDS Pauper's Affidavit concerns eligible driver-license reinstatement fees; it is not a blanket free-ID program.
  6. Ask the jail directly whether it releases any property, medication, identification or discharge paperwork. The public site does not promise clothing, a medication supply, a phone, transport, benefits enrollment or identity documents.

Still unresolved: No general County Jail discharge planner, release-day transport, clothing, medication, ID-document or benefits-enrollment process was located. DFCS in-person access is unclear because its page shows both office hours and a building-closure notice. Coordinated Entry does not publish guaranteed placement.

Victim services and PREA: use the channel for the right facility

Victim assistance follows the prosecuting court. PREA channels are facility-specific: Clayton publishes detailed contacts for County Prison, not for the Sheriff-run County Jail.

  1. For a felony case, the District Attorney is at 9151 Tara Boulevard, 4th Floor, 770-477-3450; the Justice Center directory lists DA/Victim Services at 770-603-4110. For a misdemeanor State Court case, Solicitor General Victim Assistance is 770-477-5808 and general information is 770-477-3380.
  2. A victim or protected person should give the case number, defendant name and safe callback method and ask how to update contact information or receive notice. The prosecutor's victim unit cannot change a bond order; urgent threats should be reported to 911.
  3. For sexual abuse, sexual harassment or retaliation involving a person in the County Jail, report promptly to Jail staff at 770-477-4413 and ask for the Jail's PREA reporting route. No official public third-party Jail PREA number or outside reporting entity was located in this review.
  4. Do not send a County Jail report to the County Prison PREA manager merely because both facilities contain 'Clayton County' in the name. The County Prison is a separate GDC-linked facility in Lovejoy with its own published reporting process.

Still unresolved: No official County Jail PREA page, third-party hotline, anonymous external route, advocacy contact or response timeline was located. The DA page and Justice Center directory publish different felony-office phone purposes; use 770-603-4110 specifically for the listed victim-services desk.

Plan a necessary trip

Destinations, dated MARTA, parking and local contacts.

The jail and the prison are different custody systems

Clayton County Jail at 9157 Tara Boulevard is the Sheriff's county jail. Start there for a recent Clayton County booking, pretrial custody or a person shown in the county's active-inmate docket.

Clayton County Correctional Institution, also called Clayton County Prison, is at 11420 S.L.R. Boulevard in Lovejoy. It houses convicted Georgia state offenders and works with the Georgia Department of Corrections. Its rules, locator and trip are not interchangeable with the county jail.

Before driving, keep the person's full legal name, date of birth, booking number or GDC ID if known, current housing result, and the date and time you checked it. A court location or arresting department does not prove the person's current housing facility.

Four MARTA routes serve the Justice Center transit station

MARTA stop 212236 is named JUSTICE CENTER BUS TRANSIT STATION and sits at Deputy Rick Daly Memorial Boulevard and Post Way. The official feed places it about 0.108 straight-line mile from GDC's mapped jail coordinate. That number does not identify the public jail entrance or prove a safe pedestrian path.

Routes 191 Riverdale / ATL International Terminal, 192 Old Dixie / Tara Boulevard, 193 Morrow / Jonesboro and 800 Lovejoy all use this station. Check the headsign: routes 191-193 have trips toward the Justice Center and separate return trips toward Lakewood or East Point; Route 800 is a Lovejoy loop signed Justice Center.

The official feed was checked for Monday, September 28 through Sunday, October 4, 2026. Routes 191, 192 and 193 have service on all seven dates. Route 800 has weekday and Saturday service but no Sunday trips in the checked feed.

The stop is marked wheelchair boarding available, and checked trips are marked wheelchair accessible. Those fields cover the transit stop and vehicle, not the route from the platform to the correct jail door.

Current visitor entrances and daily parking rules are not published

MARTA's 2020 opening notice says the Justice Center transit hub moved into the northwest parking lot at 9151 Tara Boulevard and included park-and-ride spaces, shelters, walkways and crosswalks. That dated construction notice does not establish today's jail-visitor parking eligibility, hours, fees, available spaces or entrance.

A 2025 county event notice directed event parking to the Sheriff's Office at 9157 Tara Boulevard. It supports only that one event's parking plan and must not be converted into a daily visitor-parking rule.

For jail business, call 770-477-4413 before leaving and ask for the correct public entrance, visitor lot, overflow location, passenger drop-off and accessibility route for the specific transaction.

For Clayton County Prison, official pages give the street address and driving directions but no visitor-entrance diagram, visitor lot, hours, fee or accessible final route. Call 770-473-5777 for current instructions.

Finding someone held here

Use the county system for a recent arrest. A state corrections search covers people in state custody. It generally will not list someone booked into a county jail this week. Bookings, bail, release, and visiting are all handled by Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.

Get two things first: which facility the person is actually in, and their booking or ID number. Almost nothing works without them. Then check this facility’s current instructions — rules and service providers change.

Can Jail411 tell me if someone is in custody right now?

No. Jail411 does not hold live custody records. Use the official locator for the county, state, federal or ICE system that has the person; start here if you do not know which.

Does posting bond mean the person comes home?

Not always. A probation or parole hold, another county's warrant or an immigration detainer can keep someone in custody after bond is posted. Ask the jail what holds are on the booking before you pay.

What should I confirm before visiting?

The person's current facility, the visiting schedule, approval requirements, accepted identification and arrival instructions. Check the facility page and its official sources before you travel.

What if I find something that needs correcting?

Send us the page and the detail that needs attention. Include the official source when you have one. Do not send private booking documents or other sensitive personal information.
